FAIRPORT, New York – January 20th , 2023 – TekTracking LLC, a railroad asset management technology development company, today announced that customers Ontario Northland Railroad and Transdev have both fully migrated from legacy technology and are using TIMPS for their daily track inspection management software, and SITE as their daily Signal Inspection management software. SFRTA has also elected to use a new Hours of Service feature that has been built into the SITE platform.

SITE optimizes the testing process by providing stakeholders with real time field information as well as digitized versions of all pertinent test information, including automatic scheduling of inspection/test tasks, electronic test procedures, status overview of upcoming tasks, customized reports of test results and data, and supervisory alerts when inspection schedules are at risk of violating mandated inspection intervals.
An Hours-of-Service feature built into our SITE application allows railroads to efficiently track HOS requirements for all railroad personal per FRA requirement Bulletin S-14-01. This eliminates the need for manual paper-based tracking and reporting of employee HOS, instead moving it under SITE which automatically tracks HOS based upon employee work already being entered into reports/forms via the SITE mobile application.
